The benefits of slow food draft 1

Topic: The benefits of slow food

1) the benefit for health : Eating slow food it's like you eat good food. For example, eating whole wheat bread instead of white bread because whole wheat bread has lots of nutrients that useful for your health.

2) the benefit for economics: Eating slow food can help local farmers. When you buy ingredients to do slow food, you buy it from market that transport from local farm, that mean you support your local farmers instead of buying import food.

3) the benefit for saving money: when you buy the ingredients from local farm, the price is cheaper than the import one. Import products have high price because of transportation and tax. Such as when you go to supermarket, import products have the higher price than local products.

Well,When I eat a spicy food,I  gain a lot of energy and alertness. Sometimes my food is so hot,but I can keep eating because it makes me happy.    This is my Top 3 favorite spicy food. Number one is Gaeng Som, Nember two is Som Tum and number three is Tom Yum Kong. My number one is Gaeng Som or we called Gaeng Leung in Bangkok. Gaeng Som is a standard dish at southern Thai restaurants and cooked at home.
