is just that. You cook slowly and concentrate with

and the last, the benefit for saving money: when you buy the ingredients
from local farm, the price is cheaper than the import one. Import products have high
price because of transportation and tax. Such as when you go to supermarket,
import products have the higher price than local products.
To sum up, slow food is not only give advantage to your health but also make you have time to stay with yourself, take care of yourself and food that you eat. Then, when you select ingredients to cooking you can know how fresh or how good of it. If you aren't stay alone, this time is a time to stay with them, your family, your friends or your couple.
